SOMETHING ABOUT ME

- (a slight history) I was born and somewhat raised in England in (dare I say it) 1956. I attended Bradford Regional School of Art in 1973 at the very tender age of 16 (the youngest student ever to be accepted into the school I might add) and from there attended the Cardiff School of Art. I gathered a Diploma in Art and Design and a Bachelor of Arts degree... With these degree's and a roll of 30 paintings, I headed to New York City , where I lived and exhibited my work till 1988. I then headed south to a brightly lit studio in Miami (Key Biscayne) and continued painting and showing my work. I also worked as Art Director for The Miami Herald newspaper for way too long and finally broke loose. I now live in Miami and Paris (not at the same time) and sometimes in-between. Im currently working on 2 large films as well as many many projects..All this and more can be seen on www.philipbrooker.com or for my illustration and design work www.anicecupoft.com

Ah...I really needed a great visual aid to convert F to C...so I can adjust to metrics...
I have thought about that question...someone once sang it to me...I believe it was the Beatles...or perhaps just someone from across the pond...in either case...I smiled at the whimsy of the thought at the time...
Nonetheless..love the illustration, but of course!

Yes, all you need is love... and a roof over your head, hot water may not be a luxury this side of the freezing point...
But never take any of these for granted...

And that $100 martini, I want it right now! Should I be exercising before each martini? Now I am feel guilty and lazy for not.
Ill make you a martini for free......then we can both jog for a few miles...maybe its the other way around
